Our courses and site are hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allows us to provide and sell our product/services to you.

The Ziggurat Group P.A. maintains the Website, any courses offered for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Website users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. We provide various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news, and other information on the Website and in courses offered through the Website (the “Materials”). Please read these terms carefully before using the Website. Use of this Website indicates acceptance of these “Terms” and forms a binding agreement between you and The Ziggurat Group. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Website.
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
1. Pre-Orders
If you order and pay for any courses that have not been released, the following terms will apply:
For courses with shipped materials:
- You may cancel the order by giving us notice of cancellation before the pre-sell closes and receive a full refund.
- For cancellations for up to 30 days after pre-sell closes, a partial refund will be issued (cost of the corse less the cost of shipping and handling for materials).
- An order may not be canceled after the 30-day period unless we expressly agree otherwise.
- We may cancel the order at any time by giving you a full refund of the fees paid for the materials and will have no further obligation or liability for the order or the materials.
For multi-week or single session courses with no shipped materials:
- You may cancel the course for a full refund any time before the course is released or broadcast.
- An order may not be refunded after the course is released or viewed unless we expressly agree otherwise.
2. On-Demand Orders
- For on-demand courses, you may cancel the course for 30 days provided that you have not viewed content past the free preview.
- There are no refunds for any courses that are “on-demand” with no free previews or when the user has viewed paid content.

Your use of the Content shall be governed and constrained by applicable patent, copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
